Direct Debits will significantly reduce your workload and will also improve our efficiency and flexibility. We would ask, therefore, that you complete the attached Direct Debit Authority, the Quarterage and Charitable Contributions Form and the Gift Aid Declaration Form and return them to the Clerk. Quarterage Quarterage is collected on or around 6th April each year. I wish to pay my annual quarterage by Direct Debit Charitable Contributions Freemen and Liverymen can contribute to two charities, the Education and the Almshouse Charities. Liverymen are reminded that the Court requests a minimum contribution of £120 per annum, but a higher contribution would of course be much appreciated.
